Bailey has been involved in theatre since she was 8 years old. She's made many trips to New York City for musical theatre camps such as Broadway Artists Alliance and A Class Act New York.

 

Bailey has received various awards for her performances in roles including Hennepin Theatre Trust Spotlight's "Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role as Wednesday Addams," as well as Duluth East High School's "Best Actress in a Musical," as Cinderella and Wednesday Addams.
